  • Coverage Issues:
    If the eSIM cannot be used due to coverage problems, you may request a refund or change.
  • Technical Issues:
    In cases where technical problems originate from us and cannot be resolved promptly, refunds are possible.
  • No refund when used:
    Refunds are not provided once the eSIM is installed and used, unless there is coverage and technical problems.
  • Fraudulent Activities:
    eSIM.GG reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, term violation, or fraudulent activities.
Process for Requesting a Refund
  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Cooperation: Prompt and timely cooperation in troubleshooting is necessary for a refund to be considered.
  • Notification: Email support@nekoko.sm with your refund request, providing all relevant details and reasons.
